Basic Parameters

• Chemical Composition: Titanium (Ti) content ≥ 99.5%, with trace impurities including iron (Fe) ≤ 0.20%, carbon (C) ≤ 0.10%, nitrogen (N) ≤ 0.05%, hydrogen (H) ≤ 0.015%, and oxygen (O) ≤ 0.18%.
• Mechanical Properties (Annealed State): Tensile strength 240–370 MPa, yield strength ≥ 170 MPa, elongation ≥ 20%, reduction of area ≥ 30%.
• Common Sizes: Diameter ranges from 0.1 mm to 20 mm (customizable for special requirements), with surface finish options of bright (polished) or matte.
• Heat Treatment: Typically supplied in annealed state (soft state) for optimal plasticity.
