Steel support bar/stainless wire bar
We construct our wedge wire screen primarily from three key components: wedge wire, support bars, and a frame structure. We arrange the wedge wire in a V-shape with uniform gaps to deliver reliable filtering and separation performance. We position the support bars perpendicular to the wedge wire—they serve to fix and support the structure, preventing deformation and sagging. We can also customize the position and number of support bars to match your specific usage scenarios.
The support rod helps to strengthen the screen by reinforcing the wedge wire, ensuring it remains stable under pressure. We position it perpendicular to the wedge wire—this setup prevents sagging and helps maintain uniform filtration across the entire screen. We select different placement positions for the support rods based on your specific application areas, giving you precise control over flow direction.
Application:Mainly used in food, agriculture, chemical industry, pulp and paper, oil and gas, wastewater, water treatment,water well filter and other filtration industries.
