Steel support bar/stainless wire bar
Wedge wire screen is mainly composed of wedge wire, support bar and frame structure. The wedge wire is arranged in V shape with uniform gaps, which plays a role of filtering and separation; the support bar is perpendicular to the wedge wire, which plays a role of fixing and supporting to prevent deformation and sagging; the position and number of support bars can be customized according to different usage scenarios
The support rod helps to strengthen the screen by reinforcing the wedge wire, ensuring it remains stable under pressure. It is placed perpendicular to the wedge wire to prevent sagging and help maintain uniform filtration across the entire screen. According to the different application areas of the customer, different placement positions of the support rod are selected to control the direction of the flow.
Application:Mainly used in food, agriculture, chemical industry, pulp and paper, oil and gas, wastewater, water treatment,water well filter and other filtration industries.
